Crosswind Landing

Answer 1

Hold the aircraft in a crab through short final

Transition from crab to side slip when entering ground effect

Hold aileron down into the wind and use rudder to keep the aircraft straight down the runway

Touch upwind wheel first, then downwind wheel, then tailwheel

Short Field Landing

Answer 2

Airspeed at 70mph

Approach slightly high so that a slip is necessay on final

Hold the aircraft straight down the runway with rudder

Raise the pitch to a three-point landing attitude
