Leaves the majority of decision-making and running of the business to the employees.

Communication is important as it is the exchange of information between people, this allows them to provide ideas and input to others within the business.

Delegation is important as it is the passing of authority down the hierarchy which allows the work load to be completed more effectively.

Planning is important as it is decision making is future oriented and provides direction for the business.
What is a SWOT analysis used for?
A SWOT analysis is a management tool used to determine the current state of a business.
Why is leading important?
Leading involves influencing others towards attaining the objectives of the business.

A multistep approach whereby a selection is made between a range of different alternatives.
