What is Ethics?
► Code of moral principles.
► Set standards of “good” and “bad” as opposed to “right” and
“wrong.
What is Ethical Behavior?
► What is accepted as good and right in the context of the governing moral code.
This behavior usually refers to something very specific-for example the teacher may say “I want to see everyone reading quietly for the next five minutes”-and includes what can be termed the “form and frequency of a desired response”.

This are the means by which we achieve our end goals.

It is the view of ethics which is greatest good to the greatest number of people.
