What are the contraindications for vaginal breech birth?
A
Footling breech (frank or complete ok), risk of cord prolapse because nothing to stop the fluid coming out fast
Large (>3800g)
Small (<2000g)
Want good attitude, not certain positions eg if neck hyperextended (might be due to a foetal abnormality, or nuccal cord)
Previous CS
Narrow maternal pelvis
Low lying placenta
Pre-eclampsia
Growth restricted, especially if asymmetric (could have a big head)
