Solitary or multiple

Colon, Breast, and Lung are the most common cancers to pass to liver
Signs and symptoms of metastatic disease
(Similar to HCC)
Possible mass affecting portal vein causing HTN
Splenomegaly
Labs for metastatic disease
Elevated LFT
IF metastasis is large enough
Sono for metastasis of liver cancer
Well-defined and hypoechoic - lymphoma
Well-defined and hyperechoic- colon cancer
Mixed echoes, bulls eyes or target appearance
Hepatoblastoma
Most common primary malignant tumor in kids under 5
Infantile form of HCC
