Fast growing irregular mole, takes few months.
Asymmetric, poorly defined edges, variable pigmentation
Lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegs.
Diameter must be more than 6mm

Excisional biopsy (Maybe WLE), sentinel lymph biopsy
As excision is wide, skin graft needed.
