Risk Factors
A
Family Hx, Previous Hx, History of Atopy, stress and pregnancy can worsen.

Symptoms and Appearance
A
Itchy, found on flexures, dry.
Can be weepy, lichenified if scratched a lot, erythematous.

Management
A
Avoid triggers like wool, soaps and detergents.
Emollients (medical moisturiser)
Topical steroid hydrocort 1% (SE: thin skin, acne, spidernaevi)
Topical tacrolimus
Phototherapy
Oral corticosteroids
