What is the job of the style?

The stigma is sticky and is the part that receives pollen.
What does the stamen (the male part) consist of?
The stamen consists of the anther and filament.
What does the anther do?
The anther is the structure that forms pollen grains in which the male gametes are found.
What is the filament?
The filament holds the anther in the best position for pollen to be released.
