A

Tourism visiting the area will decrease. Fishing will decrease due to the change in temperature killing most of the fish. The Maldivian economy relies greatly on tourism (28%) and fishing (20%).

A

Many people will be forced to move. Moving will also mean no jobs. Increased erosion will destroy houses which could also lead to a mass evacuation by 2100.

Beach erosion will occur, with stronger storms. The stronger storms will lead to coral being destroyed and with only 20% of the islands lying above 1m above sea level by 2050 most islands will be submerged.
