A darker shade of foundation could be applied to outer edges of the lower half of the face to have a slimming effect. Apply highlighter to chin to increase length.

Sides of forehead and angle of jaw should be shaded to soften the shape. Highlight the other part of the cheekbone to highlight the centre of the face.

Red tones appear lighter, green shades appear darker. Blue becomes darker and greyer.

Will darken red lipstick. Shades of green appear lighter. Blue appears dark green. Shades of purple become really dark.
