They enable a person to maintain good health
When are vitamins taken in by the body?
Vitamins are only required in small quantities and are usually contained in a normal diet

They are only required in small amounts, and are mainly found in vegetables and meats

Because failure to replace lost water can result in dehydration

because it aids the digestive system
