- Individual Level - focuses on a study of positive individual traits
- Group/Societal Level - positive psychology focuses on the development, creation, and maintenance of positive institutions.

It is towards empathy.

It refers to identifying oneself as part of the Earth as opposed to seeing Earth as a commodity.
Spirituality
It is used in healing and as preventive medicine.
