She basically thinks he doesn’t have the will to kill the king. In other words, she is saying Macbeth has no balls.

She resolves to put her feminine feelings aside to do what is necessary, which in this case is killing the king.
What does Lady Macbeth tell Macbeth after being informed that Duncan plans to depart the next day?
The king won’t see tomorrow.
What happens in Scene 6?
Duncan arrives at Macbeth’s castle, thanks Lady Macbeth for their hospitality, then asks to be taken inside.
How does Macbeth start to feel about killing the king?
He starts to gain an uneasy feeling.
When Macbeth at first refuses to kill Duncan, how does Lady Macbeth react?
She calls him a coward and questions his masculinity. He later agrees after hearing her plan.
