How is Macbeth presented?
A
As a physically strong man
However not mentally strong as gets manipulated by the Witches, and stars to make irrational decisions

What is Macbeth’s purpose in the text?
A
To show the effect and consequences of going against the Natural Order

How does Macbeth develop?
A
He starts out needing assurance and help from Lady Macbeth
But then develops independence and can make his own decisions

What do we learn about Macbeth’s relationships?
A
With Lady Macbeth he relied on her a lot (at the start) to make decisions and treated her as an equal
However when she dies he dismisses her and shows no sadness towards her
