Ondansetron (234): Indicated for severe nausea and/or vomiting
>= 8yo: 4mg IM/IV, no repeat, max 1 dose
>= 2-<8yo: 2mg IM/IV, no repeat, max 1 dose
Metoclopramide (213): If ondansetron contraindicated or ineffective after 10 minutes
>= 16yo: 10mg IM/IV, no repeat, Max 1 dose
<16yo: contraindicated
