The HCO operates within the Philippines and nearby countries such as but not limited to Asian Countries.
The HCO is duly licensed by the Department of Health (DOH) or their country’s health ministry or its equivalent to operate as a healthcare facility.
The HCO provides services addressed by the PTAHF Quality Standards
The HCO complies with the PTAHF Quality Standards and requirements
The HCO is open and in full operation at least six (6) months which will sustain compliance on the required track record of the PTAHF Quality Standards.
The HCO assumes, or is willing to assume, responsibility for improving the quality of its care and services.
