Bladder contusion
MVA, fall, or assault
Hematuria, suprapubic pain, difficulty voiding
Urinalysis needed
Catheter then can heal in 3 weeks
Liver laceration
Right shoulder discomfort
Right upper quadrant tenderness
Guarding pain/stiffness

CT or MRI
Monitor hemoglobin and hematocrit, surgery needed for higher grades of injury

Surgery in first 6 hours to save affected testes. 24 hours won’t be saved. Only one needed in life.
