What causes lynch syndrome?
Disease causing (pathogenic or likely pathogenic) variants?
What is the negative of lynch syndrome?
Puts you at higher risk of developing certain types of cancers including colorectal, endometrial and ovarian.
Other cancers include, small bowel, gastric, brain, ureter, renal pelvis, hepatobillary, pancreatic and sebaceous skin tumours.
