How does lymphatics start in the arm?
a netlike ducts that form into one large channel that follow the veins
Which vein does lymphatic channel follow on the medially?
basilic
Which vein does lymph channels follow laterally?
Cephalic
Where does lymph channels collect lymph from?
all channels as they pass along their length
What are the supratrochlear (cubital) nodes?
superficial lymph nodes on the medial side just above the epicondyles
superficial lymph from lateral side does not have lymph nodes
Where does deep lymph travel?
in the main veins (radial, ulnar, brachial vein)
Where does lymph from the arm pass?
into the lateral axillary nodes, then to other axillary nodes then to subclavian lymph trunk
How does many cancer and infections travel?
by lymph flow
