  2. Middle between clavicle and nipple
  3. Nipple line
  4. Little anterior & posterior to midaxillary
  5. Shoot straight across to back for back spots

Ex. Pneumonia

A

Fluid in the lungs
What pulmonary edema sounds like
Occurs in congestive heart failure

Rales on one side could be CHF or early onset pneumonia
Bilateral + high BP + pink frothy sputum = more likely CHF
