Low pitched, coarse, loud, snoring tone during expiration

Chronic bronchitis

Low pitched coarse grating sound during inspiration and expiration

Harsh high pitched breathing due to obstruction in upper airway Life threatening

Aspiration of foreign object, anaphylaxis, epiglottis
