- hypersensitivity pneumonitis (also known as extrinsic allergic alveolitis)
- coal worker’s pneumoconiosis/progressive massive fibrosis
- silicosis
- sarcoidosis
- ankylosing spondylitis (rare)
- histiocytosis
- TB

A
- idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
- most connective tissue disorders (except ankylosing spondylitis)
- drug-induced: amiodarone, bleomycin, methotrexate
