How does a Pancoast’s tumour present?
A
- Horner’s syndrome features (unilateral meiosis, ptosis, anhidrosis)
- headaches
- shoulder pain (no cough)

What are the causes of Horner’s syndrome?
A
Pre-ganglionic - Pancoast’s, brachial plexus injury
Central - hypothalamic stroke, syringomyelia
Post-ganglionic - CAD (neck pain), basal skull fractures

A
Hypercalcaemia (on bg of smoking hx)
