Location - 6 cun lateral of anterior midline in 1st intercostal space, one cun below Lu2, in deltopectoral groove
Contraindicated for lung (pneumothorax risk)

Location - 3 cun distal to anterior axillary fold, anterior aspect of arm on radial side of bicep brachii muscle, 6 proximal to Lu 5
Contraindicated for Cephalic vein

regulates and descends lung Qi, relieves pain, clears acute heat, stops bleeding
