Cis 75mg Etop 100mg d1-3 q4w x4
Then PCI 25/10 if <70
ES: consolidation 30/10 and MRI brain surveillance
Chemo same as above x6 cycles, for ES can add atezolizumab for 2 months improvement OS from 10 -> 12mo
