What is this?
Basal cell carcinoma
begins as a papule (a small, circumscribed, solid elevation of the skin) and enlarges peripherally, developing into a crater that erodes, crusts and bleeds.
what are these?
Basal cell carcinoma and
Squamous cell carcinoma - is a form of cancer of the carcinoma type that may occur in many different organs, including the skin, lips, mouth, oesophagus, urinary bladder, prostate, lungs, vagina and cervix. It is a malignant tumor of squamous epithelium
Bulla - A circumscribed, elevated lesion of the skin containing fluid and measuring more than 5 mm in diameter
Crusting impetigo
Lipoma - a slow-growing, fatty tumor situated between your skin and the underlying muscle layer.
How you would describe this?
Macule - A macule is a change in skin color, without elevation or depression and, therefore, nonpalpable, well or ill-defined, variously sized but, by convention, less than one centimeter in diameter at the widest point.
Melanoma - a malignant tumor of melanocytes which are found predominantly in skin but also in the bowel and the eye

Mole - a pigmented spot on the skin, Also called a nevus. technically known as a melanocytic nevus, is a small, dark spot on human skin

Papule - A papule is a circumscribed, solid elevation with no visible fluid, varying in size from a pinhead to 1cm
