Notes regarding reality: if someone knows something, then it is IS true in reality as well. Important to see that this is different from reality of Thought-Belief words, which do not indicate anything about actual reality.

Treatment: Know what type of thought word (4 subtypes). Keep separate from what is known about reality or what is implied about reality
