Lumbar: femoral, obturator, lateral femoral cutaneous nerve

Sacral: posterior cutaneous nerve of the thigh, sciatic

A

Posterior cutaneous nerve of the thigh:

Sciatic: cutaneous innervation of posterior thigh and all leg/foot below knee (except for strip on medial side that is saph). At popliteal fossa branches into tibial and common peroneal nerves

Lumbar Plexus

A

Femoral: Terminal branch is saphenous nerve, provides sensory innervation to medial side of leg and foot

Obturator: sensory innervation of medial aspect of thigh; motor innervation of adductor muscles of LE

Lateral femoral cutaneous nerve: provides sensory innervation to lateral aspect of thigh
