Obturator internus
O: internal ramus of ischium and entire pubis and travels through lesser sciatic notch

O:Straight head/ tendon: AIIS
Reflected head/ tendon: superior rum of acetabulum

Vastus lateralis
O:Line aspera of femur(lateral lip); anterior and inferior borders of greater trochanter
I: tibial tuberosity
Vastus intermedius
O: anterior and lateral shaft of proximal 2/3 of femur
I: tibial tuberosity
Vastus medialis
O: line aspera of femur medial lip; distal half of intertrochanteric line
I: tibial tuberosity
Biceps femoris
O: long head: ischial tuberosity
Short head: lateral lip of linea aspera mid 1/3 of shaft of femur
