Control Measure 1: PM updates calendar and checks in when running late.
Risk 2: PM comes across aggressive behaviour from people onsite or nearby.
Control Measure 2: Encourage PMs to plan safe and secure routes and to travel during daylight
Risk 3: Becoming overwhelmed and isolated due to lone working
Control Measure 3: Regular reviews and 1-2-1s to check on mental wellbeing.
