An area that has been used before and tends to be disused or derelict land.
What is a greenfield site?
A site that has not been built upon previously. It isusually agricultural land but it can be undeveloped land in a city or a rural area

Urban Regeneration is the improvement of the buildings and infrastructure of an area.
