  1. Access the interpreter workstation: sven.stratusvideo.com/iws
  2. Place username and password
  3. Click Sign In

How do you sign out from the platform?

A
  1. Locate the username option on the upper right side
  2. Right click on it
  3. On the dropdown menu we click the sign out option

A
  1. Run a media check clicking on the icon on the left upper hand corner. This allows access on your platform.
  2. Diagnostic check (speed test, micro check)
  3. Setting check (change preferred device, ring tone and volume)

Where can you access permissions from your mic and cam?

A
  1. In the upper left corner on the browser click the cam icon
  2. Click “manage” to grant permissions
  3. Click the “done” option

If the media check doesn’t pass, what should you do?

A
  1. Do a browser refresh
  2. If this does not work, verify connection is secure clicking the “lock” icon on the upper left in the URL bar
  3. Click cam and set as default option for cam and mic

What is shown in History tab?

A

The history of sessions in the last 24hr (30 session limit)
You can enter technical and operational incident reports, we do not add billing or protected health information on them
The blue numbers pertaining to session are called session ID numbers.
