What is a schema?
A schema is a organised package of information that stores knowledge of the world. It contains stereotypes of expectations.
Why is it important to discover if leading questions can alter memory?
Because eyewitness testimony is a key part of many cases in a court of law, therefore we must ensure the eyewitness is not lead to believe something different to what they saw and falsely accuse the wrong person
