- Body Language
-Some body language can be perceived as insulting for example slouching or yawning when someone is talking
- Eye Contact
-Ex rolling your eyes gives an impression that you have no interest

Being able to differentiate which type s of questions to se to get a specific answer. There are three types:
- Open Questions - Provides no obvious answer + Involves having an opinion
- Closed Questions - Provides one worded + brief answer
- Avoid leading Questions
