Data is simply information without any context. You can’t learn anything specific from data, whereas information lets you link correlations and learn more

It defines the overall goal and limitations of the analysis, it might define general variables like how much time it should take.
What would take place in the Select the Most Appropriate Tools stage of data analysis?
This is where the tools used for analysis are decided on based on what data you’re collecting. It could also be how you’re processing that data, how you’re manipulating it.
What would take place in the Identify Potential Sources stage of data analysis?
This is where the gatherers of information used their defined target audience and pick out potential useful sources of information. The sources should be based on the need and scope of the analysis.
What are the benefits of a business effectively managing data?
Effective communication
Efficient workflow
Means data will be used more productively to further the company
Allows your business to plan ahead using your managed data
If a good Management Information System is used data can be quickly read with clear and concise information

Any example where it removes unused and old data that is not needed anymore in the system.

Examples: Pie charts Graphs Bar charts Any other type of chart or graph
