Who is not implementing change and why?
A
USA, who withdrew from the Paris agreement 2015 after president trump took office in 2017. This is concerning as USA are the largest consumer of crude oil. In 2016 USA accounted for 20% of the worlds overall crude oil consumption, compared to 2nd, China who accounted for 13%. (US Energy information Administration, 2016)
