A

-impaired bile formation or flow
-can lead to fatigue pruritus, dark urine, pale and jaundice

A

-occurs in late pregnancy and can cause adverse fatal outcomes
-treatment of pruritus associated use ursodeoxycholic acid

what is the treatment for this?

A

-majority can be asymptomatic- therefore leave it
-irritated/blocked gallbladder causing pain infection and inflammation
. -if left untreated can cause complications like binary colic, cholecystitis, cholangitis, pancreatitis
-if symptoms develop treat with surgery
