A

What are the different types of gall stones

A

Majority of patients : asymptomatic
Irritated/ blocked gallbladder = pain, infection and inflammation
- if left untreated = complications (biliary colic, cholecystitis, cholangitis, pancreatitis)

If symptoms develop - surgically removed
