Right hepatectomy - Segments 4A, 2, 3, 4B
Left hepatectomy - Segments 5,6,7,8
Right trisectionectomy - 4A,2,3,4B,5,8
Left trisectionectomy - 5,6,7,8,4A,4B

Focal Nodular Hyperplasia
A
It is the 2nd m/c Benign tumor of liver.
Etiology: Vascular insult
C/F: Mostly asymptomatic, may show hepatomegaly
IOC: CECT - classical finding: Central Stellate scar
Maybe absent in 15%, then biopsy is done to diff it from HCC
HPE:
1.Kupffer cells present (HOTSPOT on SULFUR COLLOID SCAN)
2.Hepatocytes & atypical bike ductules seen
AFP levels are normal
Mx: Observation
