  • Nausea/vomiting, diarrhoea
  • Fine tremor
  • GI disturbance
  • Dry mouth and increased thirst
  • Polyuria secondary to nephrogenic diabetes insipidus
  • Thyroid enlargement which may lead to hypothyroidism
  • ECG: T wave flattening/inversion
  • Weight gain
  • Idiopathic intracranial hypertension
  • Leucocytosis
  • Hyperparathyroidism and subsequent hypercalcaemia
