What is Text Structure

Define solution
A problem is explained, and a solution is proposed
or explained.
Cause-effect
The causes and effects of something are explained or
analyzed.
Description
Something is described in detail.
Chronology
Similar to sequence, but this information is
laid out in order of time.
Compare-contrast
The differences and similarities between things, people, ideas, etc. are noted.
