Open Listing
Not only allows seller to list property with more than one broker, but also allows him the priveledge of selling the property himself. Commission goes to the first broker who sells it.
Exclusive Right to Sell Listing
the broker is the sole and “exclusive” agent for the seller for a period of time. Broker will receive commission, even if landowner or anyone else sells the property during the listing period.
Exclusive Agency Listing
Seller has one broker only, but also can sell property himself. Has no obligation to give commission if the buyer was not found through the broker
Net Listing
Owner specifies a certain price and anything over is paid to the selling broker
