Small Batch Bourbon
Whiskey produced by mixing select small barrels and aged typically 6-9 years
A.H. Hirsch 16 - thick texture, spicy with mint and evergreen with a smooth Finnish of toffee and vanila
Bakers- a nice fiery bite with a sweet spice and dried fruit flavor with a overall good balance to it
Knob Creek- a nine year aging process makes it one of the longest aged of small batch bourbons, making it a full, rich flavored and a maple sugar aroma
Stanahans - a colorado bourbon, full, rich thickness with a coffee and sweet vanilla flavor, a very original whiskey

Tequila
Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant
There are two basic categories of tequila: mixtos and 100% agave. Mixtos use no less then 51% agave and other sugars to make up the remainder
Blanco- “silver” white spirit, unaged and bottled immediately after distillation
Reposado- “rested” aged a minimum of two months but less then a year in oak barrels
Anjeo- “vintage” aged minimum of one year but less then three in small oak barrels
Tequila - Reposado
Cazadores Reposado - light in color, with strong agave notes and touch a Carmel, this tequila has a bit of a bite
Herradura Reposado- 100% blue agave aged for a 11 months in oak barrels, the soft flavor of the wood combined with the agave gives a smooth vanilla and peppery flavor
Patron Reposado- hints of spice and sweet oak aged for an average of 6 months
Tequila- Anjeo
Sauza Anejo - full agave flavor with toasted oak, a medium bodied with a clean and balanced Finnish
Don Julio Anejo- with inviting smells of coconut and toffee aromas and silky taste of creamy vanilla, roasted nuts and dried pineapples. A well balanced and flavorful

Tawny ports become a orange-brown color from oxidation during their long maturation in porous wooden caskets for 10 year or more typically

Vintage ports remain in oak barrels for only two years before bottling

Most ruby ports are a blend of young wines of multiple vintages, mass produced ports. Retain the wines freshness through prevented oxidization of cement or steel tanks
Port- LBV
LBV or “Late Bottle Vintage” ports aren’t bottled until 4-6 years from the vintage date, so they spend about twice as much time in wood as vintage ports
Sherry
Made in Spain from white grapes and not fortified with brandy until after the fermentation process is complete, making it dryer
