This organisation requires constant donations from members of the public in order to afford the saplings. Stream of donations decrease -> the organizer may have to invest some of their own money to keep it alive.
Trees also take many years to mature, so the positive effects of tree planting will take time to materialise

Transport Conservation: increasing public transport
This change will take a long time since it has become a habit for the people.
Kyoto Protocol (1997)
Does not make it compulsory for countries with low greenhouse gas emissions to provide support to other countries. For example, countries with low greenhouse gas emissions do not have to give energy-efficient technology to countries with high greenhouse gas emissions. Hence, countries with high greenhouse emissions are unable to reach their targets easily, with some countries, such as Denmark, Sweden and the United Kingdom still failing to achieve success.
The Copenhagen Conference (2009)
The targets which were set by the countries were insufficient for the goal of containing increased temperatures to 3 Celsius, of the temperature before 1850.
There has been no specification of how the plan is to be carried out, and the targets were mostly a guideline rather than a compulsory fulfillment.
Many developed countries have refused to sign the Copenhagen accord, hence the accord is not legally binding.
The Paris
Agreement (2015)
The Paris Agreement limit won’t protect all countries and locations from the strong negative impacts of climate change.
In addition, the developed countries may not provide adequate funding to implement mitigation and adaptation activities –> pose a serious challenge for the developing countries to pursue domestic mitigation and adaptation activities to address adverse impacts of climate change.
