Cross feeding of fuel is permitted only in the event of
Electric boost pump failure
Engine failure
What is the maximum propeller over speed limit
2420RPM
What is the indication of a primary governor failure
When prop RPM is faster than 2200
What is the indication of failure of both the primary governor and the overspeed government
Propeller overspeed 2288 RPM
What do you need to wait for to start the 2nd engine
The generator load need to be reduced to 40% before starting the2nd engine
What condition would cause you to shut down the engine in flight?
Over torque
Low oil pressure
Engine fire
Engine failure
What if you get a crossfeed light in flight and a master caution warning? What has happened?
One of the boost pumps has failed. And the cross feed had opened to allow the working boost pump to provide fuel to both engines. This will cause a fuel imbalance if left for 20 min. If the cross feed is turned off the engine driven fuel pump will be the only provider to the engine. This is limited to 10 hours.
What is the rating of each generator?
28 volts 250 amps
What is the rating of each inverter?
115 amps 26 volts 400 hertz
What are the starter limits?
40 seconds on 60 seconds off
40 seconds on 60 seconds off
40 seconds on 30 minute off
If you get a fuel no transfer light what are the possible reasons for the light?
- There is no fuel to transfer comes on after 30 seconds
- the transfer fuel pump has failed.
How would you know the transfer fuel pump has failed?
You can check flipping the fuel quantity switch from total to nacelle and then turn the transfer pump on to see if the take fills up
On a missed approach does the gear or flaps come up first?
On a missed approach if the flaps are full down the flaps will come up first.
If the flaps are set to approach the gear will come up first
Kaleo will fail you if you get this wrong

If you write a piece of equipment up under an MEL what do you need to do before you can fly?
Call Maintenance. The MEL will tell you if you can sign it off or you will need maintenance to sign it off.
