Definition of icing conditions
OAT (ground and takeoff) TAT (inflight) is 10 C or below and visible moisture present.
Also, when operating on surfaces where snow, ice, water, or slush may be ingested by the engines or freeze on engines, nacelles or probes
Engine anti-ice must be on when icing conditions exists, except
During climb and cruise when temperature is below -40 C SAT
Even at temperatures below -40 C SAT, when must engine anti-ice be turned on
Prior to and entering descent in icing conditions
Min altitude for autopilot use after takeoff in SRS mode
100 ft AGL
