ONLY WHEN operating in non displacement mode, shall have PDV lights AND an all round yellow flashing light (120 or greater)/min
Lights for PDV < 12m?
MAY in lieu of PDV lights, may have all round white light and sidelights.
(Would be equiv to masthead and stern)

What power driven vessel can have a single all round white light?
PDV less than 7 meters who maximum speed does does not exceed 7 knots.
It shall, if practicable also exhibit sidelights.
