the act of hanging a light with the yoke parallel to the floor to achieve a particular shot

fixture mounted on a floor plate
shin buster
small bar with a c-clamp. used to extend lighting away from a permanent batten

electrical plug designed to be as flat as possible

up and down movement of a fixture

u-shaped bracket on a fixture that allows it to tilt
