What does opaque mean?
An object that does not let light through and you can not see through it.
What does translucent mean?
An object that partly lets light through and is blurred when you look at it.
What does transparent mean?
An object that fully lets light through and is clear to look through.
What is a light beam?
A beam of light that travels in a certain direction.
How does light travel?
It travels in straight lines until it hits an object.
How are shadows made?
Light hits an object that blocks the light in the direction the lights coming from.
How do we see?
Light travels to the thing we are looking at then bounces in to our eyes.
What are light sources?
Light sources are the place where the light comes from.
What are reflectors?
Reflectors when hit by light appear to shine and be a light source.
What is a periscope?
A device used to see over around or through something.
