DEFIBRILLATOR

Operation

A
  1. Remove patient’s clothing.
    ensure chest is dry.
2. Unfold the electrode package. 
     Place the CPR sensor between the  
     nipples and breast bone, 
     use the sensor's cross hair as
     guide.
  1. With your right hand,
    Press CPR sensor.
  2. With your left hand,
    press the center of the electrode.
  3. Ensure electrode adheres properly to
    the patient’s skin.

Operation

A
  1. Prepare passenger. Clean mask.
  2. Insert mask into outlet & open valve. Check oxygen flow.
  3. Place mask over nose and mouth of patient. Adjust.
  4. After recovery, remove mask.
  5. Close valve, detach mask from the outlet.
  6. Return cover to outlet. Clean mask and stow.
